目的筛选抗块茎腐烂病的不同居群半夏。:方法采用花盆种植半夏,接种块茎腐烂病病原菌,测定产量,发病率等性状。结果不同半夏种质资源接种块茎腐烂病原菌后产量、发病率、出苗情况均有差异。结论接种HZ7菌筛选出2个抗病资源,接种H1菌筛选出7个抗病资源,接种Z3菌筛选出7个抗病资源,结果将为半夏规范化生产提供理论依据。
Objective To screen the different populations of tuberous rot disease, Pinellia ternata. Methods: The pots were planted in Pinellia ternata and inoculated with tuberous rot pathogens, and the yield and morbidity were measured. Results The yield, incidence and emergence of tuberous rot pathogen in different Pinellia ternata germplasm resources were different. Conclusion The results showed that inoculated with HZ7 strain screened two disease-resistant resources, inoculated with H1 strain screened seven disease-resistant resources, inoculated with Z3 bacteria screened seven disease-resistant resources, the results will provide theoretical basis for the standardized production of Pinellia ternata.
