目的研究莫匹罗星软膏(百多邦)+碘伏治疗Ⅱ度烧伤的细菌生态学表现。方法将5 6例Ⅱ度烧伤患者分为两组,观察组:应用莫匹罗星软膏(百多邦)+碘伏。对照组:应用京万红软膏。两组疗程均为4周,比较两组烧伤表面坏死组织及分泌物中致病细菌的定量计数和细菌种类鉴定。结果Ⅱ度烧伤患者烧伤创面应用莫匹罗星软膏(百多邦)+碘伏能明显抑制革兰阴性菌和革兰阳性菌,明显抑制铜绿假单胞菌(下降5 7.1%)、大肠埃希菌(下降3 2.2%)、洛菲不动杆菌(下降1 4.3%)、变形杆菌(下降1 7.9%)和金黄色葡萄球菌(下降2 5.1%)。结论莫匹罗星软膏(百多邦)+碘伏针对Ⅱ度烧伤创面的细菌具有强大的抑菌和杀菌能力,很好地控制了创面致病菌的生长和繁殖,对创面的感染起到很好的控制作用,大大促进了Ⅱ度烧伤创面的快速愈合。
Objective To study the bacterial ecology of mupirocin ointment (Baiduobang) + iodophor in the treatment of second-degree burns. Methods Fifty-six patients with grade Ⅱ burn were divided into two groups. The observation group was treated with Mupirocin ointment (Baidu Bang) + iodophor. Control group: application Jing Wan Hong ointment. The course of treatment was 4 weeks in both groups, and the quantitative counts and bacterial species identification of pathogenic bacteria in necrotic tissues and secretions were compared between the two groups. Results The application of mupirocin ointment (100dop) + iodophor could significantly inhibit Gram-negative bacteria and Gram-positive bacteria, and significantly inhibited the growth of Pseudomonas aeruginosa (down 7.15%), large intestine Acipenser (down 2.2%), Acacia Rhii (down 4.3%), Proteus (down 7.9%) and Staphylococcus aureus (down 21.5%). Conclusion Mupirocin ointment (Baiduobang) + iodophor has a strong antibacterial and bacteriostasis ability against bacteria of Ⅱ degree burn wound, and it can well control the growth and reproduction of wound pathogens, Good control effect, greatly promoted the degree of second-degree burn wound healing.
