目的:探讨MTS1基因表达与缺失在神经母细胞瘤(NB)发生发展中的作用。方法:应用原位杂交及多聚酶链反应技术分别对20例NB中MTS1基因表达与缺失进行检测。结果:本组20例NB标本无1例有MTS1基因表达及缺失现象。结论:NB的发生发展可能与MTS1基因低表达或不表达而不发挥抑癌作用有关,可能与MTS1基因缺失无关;NB细胞中MTS1基因低表达或不表达可能与其缺失无关。
Objective: To investigate the role of MTS1 gene expression and deletion in the development of neuroblastoma (NB). Methods: The expression and deletion of MTS1 gene in 20 cases of NB were detected by in situ hybridization and polymerase chain reaction. Results: None of the 20 cases of NB specimens had MTS1 gene expression and deletion. CONCLUSIONS: The development and progression of NB may be related to the low expression or not expression of MTS1 gene but not the antitumor effect, which may not be related to the deletion of MTS1 gene. The low or no expression of MTS1 gene in NB cells may not be related to its deletion.
