通过运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法等方法,对参与湖南省农村中学体育“国培计划”骨干43名教师的基本信息、“国培计划”认识、培训内容、培训模式、培训收获进行调查。通过调查发现大多数参训学员认为参加此次“国培计划”培训在教育理念、专业技能知识、教学能力、科研能力、学员增进感情等方面收获颇多。但也存在培训者学校领导及教师对“国培计划”重视程度不够、认同情况不一;参训学员认为不同的培训内容应选择不同的学习方式等问题。并针对以上问题提出了一些建议。
Through the methods of literature review, questionnaire survey and expert interviews, this article analyzes the basic information, knowledge and training contents of 43 teachers participating in the PE “Guopai Plan” in rural middle schools in Hunan Province, Training mode, training gains investigation. According to the survey, most of the trainees think that attending this “national training plan” has gained a lot in educational philosophy, professional skills knowledge, teaching ability, scientific research capability and trainees’ promotion of feelings. However, there are also trainers school leaders and teachers on the “national training program” not enough emphasis on recognition of the situation is different; trainees that different training should choose different learning styles and other issues. And made some suggestions on the above problems.
