当前,油田社区管理单位员工队伍中的女员工比例高达60%以上,提升本系统女员工的素质,对提升油田社区服务和管理水平具有重要作用。随着企业改革的不断深化,油田社区服务基本实现了系统化管理、社会化服务、市场化运作的转变。油田社区服务要努力为广大一线员工提供后勤服务,同时还要承担一线转岗人员安置、协议解除劳动合同人员和家属管理、子女入托等许多社会职能。所有这些都对相关从业人员的素质提出了更高的要求。
At present, the proportion of female employees in oilfield community management units is as high as 60% or more. Improving the quality of female employees in this system plays an important role in improving the community service and management level of oilfields. With the continuous deepening of the reform of the enterprise, the oilfield community service has basically realized the transformation of systematic management, social service and market-oriented operation. Oilfield community service efforts should be made to provide front-line staff with logistical services, but also assume the first-line transfer of staff placement, agreement to lift the labor contract family and family management, child care and many other social functions. All these put forward higher requirements on the quality of relevant employees.
