一、关元穴揉腹。用手指或手掌在关元穴(位于肚脐下正中本人四指宽处)进行有节律的按摩。按摩时用力不宜过重,速度以每分钟100次为宜,每次约按摩10分钟,每天睡前起床前各按摩一次,严重肥胖者可在睡前多按摩几次。
