以硫酸喹啉为基准物质用作荧光分析,其荧光强度可被卤离子所熄灭。为此,本文以氯离子作熄灭剂考察了其对荧光强度的熄灭程度,发观在一定的氯离子浓度范围内对荧光强度的降低是呈线性关系的。从而成功地用于地下水中氯化物含量的测定。此法较常规水质分析中氯化物的测定诸方法快速简便。
Quinoline sulfate as a reference substance for fluorescence analysis, the fluorescence intensity can be halogen ions extinguished. Therefore, in this paper, the quenching degree of fluorescence intensity was investigated by using chloride ion as quenching agent. The development of fluorescence showed a linear relationship with the decrease of fluorescence intensity at a certain concentration of chloride ion. Successfully used in the determination of chloride content in groundwater. This method is more rapid and convenient than the conventional methods for the determination of chloride in water quality analysis.
