本文对ISO10360－坐标测量机的性能评定标准作了分析，并对一些影响坐标测量精度的因素作分析，给出一些单项测试结果和两种测量机部分测试结果。
In this paper, the performance evaluation standard of ISO10360-CMM is analyzed, and some factors that affect the accuracy of coordinate measurement are analyzed. Some single test results and two test results of measuring machine are given.
