实习场是当代教育心理学中关于学习环境的隐喻,意思是在拟真的知识境脉中,使学习者理解知识。这种环境可以是拟真的,也可以是真实的社会生活环境。在实习场中,给幼儿提供的是一个怎样的学习情境?在具体的知识境脉中,幼儿是怎样获得发展的?作为知识传播者的教师,在这样的学习环境中扮演着什么新的角色?本文旨在以教育实践中的实习场活动“玩具交易会”为例,为大家打开一扇了解实习场活动中学习环境的窗口。
The internship field is a metaphor for the learning environment in contemporary educational psychology, which means that learners understand knowledge in the context of immersive knowledge. This environment can be realistic, it can be a real social environment. What kind of learning situation is provided to young children in the training grounds? How did young children develop in the context of specific knowledge? What is the role of teachers as knowledge disseminators in such a learning environment? The purpose of this article is to take the practice of education in the field activities “toy fair ” as an example, for everyone to open a learning environment for learning activities in the field window.
