随着我国国民经济的迅猛发展和进入WTO以后国际招标项目的不断增多 ,我国不少设计单位已步入了国际招标市场 ;同时国外的设计公司也大量涌入国内 ;由外国设计公司设计的高层、超高层建筑已大量矗立在我们面前。无论是要进入国际市场 ,还是配合进入国内市场的外国公司进行结构设计 ,都必然会遇到大量的国外设计法规。因此 ,了解和熟悉欧美先进国家的设计法规 ,对广大工程设计人员具有十分重要的意义。此外 ,由于我国经济力量相对薄弱 ,科研经费相对短缺以及我国钢结构工程尤其是高层和超高层钢结构工程相对稀少 ,使我们对许多结构问题和现象的认识研究也落后于欧美主要发达国家。因此 ,了解欧美主要发达国家的设计法规及其新的编制动向 ,有利于我国科研人员把握国际上钢结构设计理论的发展方向 ,有利于我国钢结构设计水平的整体提高。从本期起 ,本刊将陆续邀请专家学者对欧美主要发达国家的钢结构设计法规及其最新动向进行介绍和讲评 ,也热忱欢迎广大读者与我们一起交流探讨 With the rapid development of our national economy and the increasing number of international bidding projects after WTO entry, many design units in our country have stepped into the international bidding market.
