旧水泥路破碎改造后可加铺半刚性基层沥青路面结构,但现场调查表明:在重载车辆的作用下,这种路面结构在很短的运营时间内即出现严重的纵裂、唧浆、坑槽等病害。为了揭示其破损机理,提出合理的解决措施,笔者采用有限元软件,综合考虑车辆重载、道路横坡等因素的影响,对比分析了新建路与旧水泥路加铺层结构受力特点。结果表明:旧水泥路加铺新面层结构后,新基层顶部承受的压应力明显高于新建路,但基层底部弯拉应力低于后者;重载作用下沥青面层和新基层顶部承受较大的剪应力及压应力作用,易出现基层劈裂破坏;同时道路横坡的存在造成右侧轮迹带的破坏程度明显高于左侧。

The results show that the compressive stress on the top of the new basement is obviously higher than that on the new road after the new pavement structure is laid on the old concrete road, but the bending stress at the bottom of the basement is lower than that of the new one. Under the heavy load, the asphalt surface and the top of the new basement bear Larger shear stress and compressive stress, prone to splitting damage at the grassroots level; at the same time the existence of the road side slope caused damage to the right side of the wheel track was significantly higher than the left.
