一、医疗投入——产出的概念 医疗投入——产出管理是医院经营管理的核心问题。因为任何一种生产或服务过程都是一种投入——产出过程,医院经营管理主要是对医疗投入——产出过程的管理。 医疗投入是指卫生生产力要素投入于医疗服务过程的总和,它包括对每个病人进行医疗服务的档次、医疗技术强度、服务时间长短和医疗资源的总和。 一般的产出是指物质产品生产或社会服务生产成果中包含的产品或服务数量、质量和产值。而医疗产出除包括医疗服务的数量、质量之外,还包括医疗产出的经济效益和社会效益
