马尾松是我国主要采脂树种,产脂量占全国总产脂量的90%左右。据一九七四年统计,全世界松脂年产量约100万吨,中国年产量高达37.7万吨,居世界首位,但还远远满足不了实现我国四个现代化和外贸出口的需要,主要原因是劳动生产率低。我省大约生产一吨松脂需要一个劳动力。从全国来看,平均每个采脂工人或农民仅年产松脂2吨(美国20吨、墨西哥6吨、葡萄牙5吨、苏联4吨)。同时,每年在农业大忙季节,全国约需投入20万个劳动力进行采脂生产,与农业争劳力的矛盾较为突出。为了提高松脂产量和劳动生产率,实现采脂化学化,我们于一九七八年进行了“松针浸提液刺激采脂
Pinus massoniana is the main tree species in China, the fat content accounts for about 90% of the total fat production in China. According to statistics in 1974, the annual output of rosin in the world is about 1 million tons and the annual production in China is as high as 377,000 tons, ranking first in the world, but it still can not meet the needs of our country’s four modernization and foreign trade exports, mainly due to Labor productivity is low. Our province produces about one tonne of turpentine and needs a labor force. Nationally, only about 2 tons of turpentine (20 tons in the United States, 6 tons in Mexico, 5 tons in Portugal, and 4 tons in the Soviet Union) are produced per greaser or farmer on average. In the meantime, every year during the heavy agricultural season, about 200,000 laborers will be required to invest in the country’s production of lipids and the contradiction between the labor force and agriculture will become more prominent. In order to increase rosin yield and labor productivity and achieve chemical liquification, we carried out in 1973 "
