研究以6种移栽的2年生鸭茅品种为材料,每个品种设置3个重复对其进行低温处理,通过控制低温处理时间(0、24、48、72、96 h),测出相应品种中叶片的相对含水量、可溶性糖含量、丙二醛含量、电导率等生理生化指标。分析了各指标变化与鸭茅抗寒性的关系,并对其抗寒性进行客观评价,比较不同品种之间的抗寒性,分析各抗寒性指标的变化规律。通过叶片相对电导率结合Logistic方程求植物的低温半致死温度来评价植物的抗寒性,探索一套更科学的适合牧草的抗寒性评估体系。综合分析鸭茅不同品种抗寒性强弱顺序如下:宝兴>01-103>02-123>02-116>79-9>01076。
In this study, 6 kinds of 2-year-old Dactylis glomerata transplanted were used as material, and three replicates were set for each variety to conduct low-temperature treatment. By controlling the low-temperature treatment time (0, 24, 48, 72, 96 h) The relative leaf water content, soluble sugar content, malondialdehyde content, conductivity and other physiological and biochemical indicators. The relationship between the changes of each index and chilling resistance was analyzed. The cold resistance was objectively evaluated. The relative cold resistance of plants was evaluated by the relative electric conductivity of leaves and Logistic equation, and a set of more scientific assessment system of cold tolerance of forage was explored. Comprehensive analysis of different varieties of Dactylis resistance of the order of strength is as follows: Baoxing> 01-103> 02-123> 02-116> 79-9> 01076.
