为达到車輪的部頒技术条件,在目前条件下建議采用加夹板保护的整体淬火+回火工艺,热处理后精車。为减少淬火后变形,取消热处理后的精加工,在大量生产条件下建議采用工頻淬火法。推荐用ZG50 MnMo鑄鋼代用ZG35CrMnSi或ZG50Mn2作重载荷車輪的材料。
In order to achieve the ministerial technical requirements of the wheel, under the current conditions, it is recommended to adopt the integral quenching and tempering process with the plywood protection, and the fine car after heat treatment. To reduce the deformation after quenching, abolition of heat treatment after finishing, in a large number of production conditions recommended frequency quenching method. Recommended ZG50 MnMo cast steel substitute ZG35CrMnSi or ZG50Mn2 for heavy-duty wheel material.
