基于肌酸酐和碱性苦味酸的反应,建立了顺序注射在线稀释快速测定人体液中肌酸酐的光度分析新方法。在选定的实验条件下,肌酸酐浓度在10~1000 mg/L的范围内与吸光度值呈良好的线性关系,相关系数(R)为0.9991。对200 mg/L肌酸酐溶液连续平行测定11次,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.2%。用于实际尿样分析,测定结果与手工方法无显著性差异。
Based on the reaction of creatinine and alkaline picric acid, a new method of spectrophotometric determination of creatinine in human body fluid by in-line dilution and sequential injection was established. Under selected experimental conditions, creatinine concentration showed a good linear relationship with absorbance in the range of 10-1000 mg / L with a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.9991. Eleven times relative standard deviations (RSDs) were determined for consecutively 200 mg / L creatinine solution in parallel. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was 1.2%. For the actual urine analysis, the determination of results and manual methods no significant difference.
