以井上蛀果斑螟为试虫,采用浸渍法和药膜法处理井上蛀果斑螟的卵、幼虫和成虫,研究了氟啶脲、虫酰肼和茚虫威对井上蛀果斑螟的室内生物活性。结果表明:3种杀虫剂对井上蛀果斑螟的存活和繁殖均有一定抑制作用,且用药浓度提高,其抑制效果加大。50g·L~(-1)氟啶脲乳油400倍液对卵孵化率的抑制作用最强;50g·L~(-1)氟啶脲乳油400倍液和150g·L~(-1)茚虫威乳油3 000倍液对初孵幼虫存活率的抑制作用较强,并对存活初孵幼虫蛹的羽化影响较为显著,50g·L~(-1)氟啶脲乳油400倍液对其化蛹影响最为显著;50g·L~(-1)氟啶脲乳油400倍液对老熟幼虫存活率的抑制作用最强,50g·L~(-1)氟啶脲乳油400倍液和150g·L~(-1)茚虫威乳油3 000倍液对存活老熟幼虫的化蛹和羽化影响较为显著;150g·L~(-1)茚虫威乳油3 000倍液对成虫存活率抑制作用最强,并对存活成虫的单雌产卵量影响最为显著,50g·L~(-1)氟啶脲乳油400倍液和20%虫酰肼悬浮剂1 000倍液对其卵孵化率影响较为显著。
