新型螯合剂H-73-10是用于促排锕系放射性核素钚、钍和铀。其效果显著优于二十余年居于首位的Ca-DTPA。通过鼠、狗和猴的急性、亚急性毒性以及系统的药理实验,其毒性不高于Ca-DTPA。为了研究此新药在体内分布、代谢途径以及寻找药物的最适剂量,进行了碳-14和氚的标记。此药物的化学结构如下:
The new chelator H-73-10 is used to promote actinide radioactive nuclide plutonium, thorium and uranium. Its effect is significantly better than Ca-DTPA in the first place for more than twenty years. Its toxicity is not higher than that of Ca-DTPA by acute, sub-acute toxicity in rats, dogs and monkeys as well as systematic pharmacological experiments. In order to study the distribution of the new drug in vivo, metabolic pathways and the optimal dose to find the drug, carbon-14 and tritium labeling was performed.
