本试验采用三元一次正交组合设计的方法研究了温度(X1)、CO2浓度(X2)及O2浓度(X3)三因子不同水平组合对书虱的急性致死作用。结果表明,高浓度的CO2是导致该虫死亡的主要因子,其次是温度,最后是O2浓度。三因子对该虫的半数致死时间(LT50,Y)与这三个因子间的回归关系式为:Y=27.6650-5.6913X1-27.2788X2+3.6388X3+3.2513X1X2+0.1785X1X3-2.6988X2X3(R=0.8063)控制该虫的最佳因子组合是在不影响粮食品质的前提下适当升高温度,并配以高浓度的CO2和低浓度的O2。
In this study, we studied the acute lethal effect of different combinations of temperature (X1), CO2 concentration (X2) and O2 concentration (X3) The results showed that high concentration of CO2 is the main factor leading to the death of the insects, followed by the temperature, and finally the O2 concentration.
