目的:研究盐酸青藤碱脂质体的最佳制备工艺。方法:采用超声波分散法制备盐酸青藤碱脂质体,通过正交实验设计,以包封率为考察指标筛选工艺。结果:优选实验因素:磷脂量(w/v)为6%、盐酸青藤碱与磷脂的比例量(w/w)为l:8、胆固醇与磷脂的比例量(w/w)为1:7、溶液的pH为8.2。该选优工艺下,脂质体平均包封率为65.75%,RSD为2.51%(n=5)。结论:该优选工艺条件可行。
Objective: To study the best preparation technology of sinomenine hydrochloride liposomes. Methods: The sinomenine hydrochloride liposomes were prepared by ultrasonic dispersion method. The orthogonal design was used to determine the entrapment efficiency. Results: The optimum experimental conditions were as follows: the amount of phospholipid (w / v) was 6%, the ratio of sinomenine to phospholipid was 1: 8, the ratio of cholesterol to phospholipid was 1: 7, the pH of the solution is 8.2. Under this optimal process, the average entrapment efficiency of liposomes was 65.75% with a RSD of 2.51% (n = 5). Conclusion: The optimal process conditions are feasible.
