由于能耗和环境等问题,制浆造纸工业的发展已严重受阻。寻找节能环保型制浆技术是摆在我国浆纸工业面前的一个重要战略课题。置换蒸煮系统(Displacement Digester Systems)是20世纪80年代发展起来的一项高效节能的间歇式制浆技术,由于其显著的环境和经济效益,该技术已逐渐成为制浆蒸煮技术发展的主要方向。该文在介绍置换蒸煮工艺机理的基础上,针对其蒸煮终点难以判断,提出了相应的检测和监控一系列的解决方案。
Due to energy consumption and environmental issues, the development of the pulp and paper industry has been severely hampered. Looking for energy-saving environmentally friendly pulp technology is placed in front of China’s pulp and paper industry is an important strategic issue. Displacement Digester Systems was developed in the 1980s as an energy-efficient batch-type pulping technology. Due to its remarkable environmental and economic benefits, Displacement Digester Systems has gradually become the main direction for the development of pulping technology. Based on the introduction of the mechanism of replacement cooking process, this article aims at the difficult to judge the end point of cooking and proposes a series of solutions to detect and monitor it.
