采用X射线衍射近似函数分析法,测定并计算了经不同强度喷丸后以及接触滚压后渗碳件表面微观亚结构参数.结果表明,喷丸后随喷丸强度f_A的增加,亚晶尺寸L减小,晶格畸变ε增大,位错密度??增加;啧丸后再经三周次接触滚压,没有引起L、ε、??产生新的明显变化;但未喷丸试件经滚压后,L减小,ε增大,??增加;喷丸与接触滚压同属在赫芝(Hertz)应力作用下的循环弹塑性变形过程.
The microstructure parameters of the carburized parts after shot peening and contact rolling were measured and calculated by X-ray diffraction approximation function analysis.The results show that with the increase of shot peening intensity f_A, the subgrain size L decreases, the lattice distortion ε increases, the dislocation density increases; Gee and then after three weeks contact rolling, did not cause L, ε, ?? produce new significant changes; but not shot peening test pieces After rolling, L decreases, ε increases, and increases; shot peening and contact rolling both belong to the cyclic elastic-plastic deformation process under the Hertz stress.
