6月27日至7月5日,国家建材局水泥司在北京召开全国大中型水泥企业设备管理工作会议。有关省市自治区建材局、各大中型水泥厂、若干地方水泥厂、水泥制品厂、水泥机械制造厂及大专院校、设计研究单位的代表241人到会。会议总的议题是,研究、讨论如何加强设备管理工作,促进水泥生产的发展。会议总结、交流了近几年设备管理的经验,分析了设备事故的教训。会议讨论了设备管理的若干新规章制度,研究了打破传统设备管理观念,改革现行设备管理制度,学习、运用设备管理的新方法,积极向设备管理现代化迈进等重要问题。
From June 27 to July 5, the Cement Division of the National Building Materials Bureau held a national conference on equipment management for large and medium-sized cement companies. About 241 delegates from provincial, municipal and municipal building materials bureaus, major and medium-sized cement plants, certain local cement plants, cement products plants, cement machinery manufacturing plants and universities and design research institutes attended the meeting. The general theme of the conference is to study and discuss how to strengthen equipment management and promote the development of cement production. The meeting summarized and exchanged the experience of equipment management in recent years and analyzed the lessons of equipment accidents. The meeting discussed several new rules and regulations for equipment management, and studied such important issues as breaking the traditional equipment management concepts, reforming existing equipment management systems, learning and applying new methods of equipment management, and actively moving toward the modernization of equipment management.
