为探究滤嘴通风对卷烟烟气酸味的影响,测定了不同滤嘴通风度卷烟主流烟气粒相物中酸性成分的释放量及烟气pH,考察了基于味觉活力值的通风卷烟烟气酸味指数变化趋势.结果表明:①随着卷烟滤嘴通风度的增加,卷烟主流烟气酸性成分总量及酸味指数显著降低,卷烟主流烟气pH显著升高;滤嘴通风度每增加10%,卷烟主流烟气粒相物酸味指数降低0.13~0.39,pH升高0.11~0.13.②卷烟烟气酸味指数与烟气pH呈线性负相关关系,决定系数R2大于0.9.③主流烟气酸性成分总量、酸味指数及pH均可作为考察滤嘴通风对烟气酸碱平衡影响的关键指标;该研究中采用的主流烟气pH测定方法简单高效,适用于滤嘴通风对烟气酸味的影响分析.“,”In order to investigate the influence of filter ventilation on the sour taste note of cigarette smoke, the release of acidic components in particulate matters and pH of mainstream smoke of cigarettes with different filter ventilation rates were determined, and the variations of sour taste of mainstream smoke of ventilated cigarettes were studied on the basis of taste active value. The results showed that: 1) With the increase of ventilation rate of cigarette filter, the total release of acidic components and sour taste index of mainstream smoke decreased significantly, and the pH of mainstream smoke raised significantly. The sour taste index of particulate matters in mainstream cigarette smoke decreased by 0.13-0.39 and its pH raised by 0.11-0.13 when filter ventilation rate increased by 10%. 2) The sour taste index of mainstream cigarette smoke linearly negatively correlated to its pH with determination coefficient R2 higher than 0.9. 3) The total release of acidic components, sour taste index and pH of mainstream cigarette smoke could be used as a key index to assess the influence of filter ventilation on the acid-base balance of mainstream smoke. The determination method of mainstream smoke pH adopted by this study is simple, efficient and suitable for analyzing the influence of filter ventilation on the sour taste of cigarette smoke.
