随着人们对消化道肿瘤认识水平的不断提高,内镜下黏膜切除术(EMR)已逐渐发展成为一种集内镜诊断与治疗于一体的综合技术.内镜下黏膜切除术是应用辅助技术,在内镜下对消化道较小的无蒂浅表性病变行病灶切除的方法[1].我们消化内科自2011年1月至2012年4月应用EMR切除消化道黏膜下肿瘤(SMT)125例,取得良好效果,现报告如下.
