本文介绍一种采用与心电Ｒ波同步的电脉冲治疗恶性肿瘤的新仪器。该仪器主要用来对手术、化疗和放疗失效的癌症患者作为一种重要的辅助治疗。实验结果表明采用与Ｒ波同步方式触发治疗电脉冲不但能有效地解决直流电场对心脏自律性的影响，而且能减小肿瘤组织对直流电场长期作用的适应性，提高了治疗肿瘤的效果。
This article describes a new instrument for the treatment of malignancies using electrical pulses synchronized with the R wave of the electrocardiogram. The instrument is mainly used as an important adjuvant treatment for cancer patients who have failed surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy. The experimental results show that using the R-wave synchronous triggering therapy electric pulse not only can effectively resolve the influence of the DC electric field on the cardiac self-discipline, but also can reduce the adaptability of the tumor tissue to the long-term action of the DC electric field and improve the effect of the treatment of tumor.
