工业锅炉燃烧喷嘴长期在高温状态(1000~1200℃)下工作,且要经受住混燃煤粉的气流磨损。70年代以来,国内外均用不锈钢焊接喷嘴,使用寿命低。如在火力发电厂锅炉用的不锈钢焊制的喷嘴,使用不到一个小修就会严重变形、磨损、裂纹而停炉拆换,严重影响火力电厂的发电量和正常发电。为此,山东工业大学和莘县特种钢铁铸造厂研究成功了稀土高铬锰氮1000℃耐热钢、稀土高铬镍锰氮1100℃耐热钢和稀土高铬镍氮1200℃耐热钢。这些钢种有熔铸、可焊、可加工性好,强度高,抗变形,抗氧化,抗混燃煤粉的气流磨损等特点。用于锅炉不
