目的:探讨对比CT与MRI诊断脑膜瘤的应用诊断价值。方法:选择2010年7月~2013年5月我院诊断为脑膜瘤患者40例作为观察组,同期选择在我院进行体检的40例健康人作为对照组,所有观察组患者都给予CT与MRI诊断。结果:CT与MRI对于脑膜瘤的检出率分别为90.0%和95.0%,不同方法的检出率对比无明显差异(P>0.05)。在动脉血流中,观察组CT检测的D、Ps值明显少于对照组(P<0.05),而RI值明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:CT与MRI诊断脑膜瘤的应用都有很好的价值,而CT能更好结合动脉血流情况判断疾病的进展。
Objective: To explore the diagnostic value of contrast CT and MRI in the diagnosis of meningioma. Methods: From July 2010 to May 2013, 40 cases of meningioma diagnosed in our hospital were selected as the observation group. Forty healthy subjects who underwent physical examination in our hospital were selected as the control group. CT and MRI were performed in all observation groups diagnosis. Results: The positive rates of CT and MRI for meningiomas were 90.0% and 95.0%, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two methods (P> 0.05). In arterial blood flow, the D and Ps values of CT in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group (P <0.05), while the RI values in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of meningiomas has good value, while CT can better judge the progress of the disease by combining the arterial blood flow.
