目的对2005-2010年浙江省通过国家“突发公共卫生事件报告管理信息系统”报告的食物中毒事件进行分析,为预防和控制食物中毒提供依据。方法对食物中毒事件的基本情况、致病因素、时间分布、责任单位等进行统计分析。结果 2005-2010年浙江省网络直报食物中毒事件134起,发病3703例,死亡7例,事件以夏秋季高发。微生物类食物中毒事件数和发病数远远超过其余类别。造成死亡的中毒原因主要为河豚鱼、毒蘑菇及亚硝酸盐。学校食堂、饮食服务单位和家庭是食物中毒高发的主要场所或责任单位。结论需加强海产品的流通环节管理,做好学校食品卫生管理工作,落实食品安全知识健康教育,提高检验检测水平。
Objective To analyze the food poisoning incidents reported by Zhejiang Province from 2005 to 2010 through the State Administration of Public Health Incident Management Information System to provide basis for prevention and control of food poisoning. Methods The basic situation of food poisoning, pathogenic factors, time distribution, responsible units and other statistical analysis. Results From 2005 to 2010, there were 134 reported food poisoning cases in Zhejiang Province, including 3703 cases of fatalities and 7 deaths. The incidence was high in summer and autumn. Microbial poisoning incidents and the number of far more than the other categories. The main causes of death poisoning puffer fish, poisonous mushrooms and nitrite. School canteens, food service units and families are the main food poisoning sites or responsible units. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the circulation management of marine products, do a good job in school food hygiene management, implement the health education of food safety knowledge and improve the level of inspection and testing.
