医院作为人才较为集中的地方,应该十分重视卫生人才队伍建设,想方设法吸引、稳定人才,努力培养和造就一支高水平的医疗队伍。但是,目前受大环境的影响,医院中医疗队伍不稳定,流失、“跳槽”现象呈蔓延之势,人才流失,特别是高质量人才的流失,已经成为制约医院健康发展的一个瓶颈。对医院来说,人才的流失意味着自己培养且需要的人才不能继续为本单位服务,特别是高质量人才的流失,对医院技术建设会产生严重不良后果。因此,我们应重视人才流失的成因,并制定相应合理可行的对策。在人力已
