采用万维网地理信息系统(WebGIS)技术,整合铁路建设过程中产生的空间数据和动态施工数据,根据施工图、设备标准、设计标准和动态施工数据,研究构建铁路建设工程三维模型的方法,给出铁路建设工程项目管理信息系统的设计方案。系统划分为建设指挥部层、标段层、单位工程层等3个层次的应用结构,围绕进度控制、质量控制、安全控制和投资控制4个方面对每层的功能进行设置;并在Web网上通过地理信息系统、三维虚拟现实和形象进度等手段形象直观地实现铁路建设工程项目的管理。此系统于2006年4月在精伊霍铁路建设中正式投入使用。
