本文主要从路基成型、高边坡稳定、综合减震等方面,对较大装药量的硐室爆破在高速公路路基开挖中的应用作了较为深入的探索。提出了平面分集、多级抛松硐室控制爆破的设计方法,所采用的技术措施可有效减缓装药对边坡的冲击损伤作用,具有路基成型好、药量分布均匀、岩石破碎块度均匀及爆破震动效应小等特点。在公路、铁路,特别是宽路基开挖中具有较高的推广应用价值。
In this paper, the application of larger charge of chamber blasting in highway subgrade excavation is mainly discussed from the aspects of subgrade formation, stability of high slope and comprehensive shock absorption. The design method of plane diversity and multi-stage throttling chamber blasting is put forward. The technical measures adopted can effectively reduce the impact damage of the loading on the slope, and have the advantages of good embankment formation, uniform dose distribution, even rock fragmentation And blasting vibration effect is small and so on. In highway, railway, especially in wide roadbed excavation has a high value of popularization and application.
