在当前我国经济和工业不断发展的社会背景下,电子信息技术的发展突飞猛进,为了更好地适应当前社会的发展,中职电子专业的教育就必须在保证质量的情况下不断进行完善和发展。而影响电子专业教学质量的根本就在于电子技能实训,只有通过有效的实训,才能使学生的专业能力得到保证,更好地投入到未来的工作中去。但是就目前的现状而言,实训中并没有一个切实可行的实训模式能够促进中职电子技能实训的有效进行,这样中职电子技能实训的质量就没有办法得到有效的保证。“导师学长制”在电子技能实训中的应用,能够使这一现状得到有效的改善,针对这一教学模式在中职电子技能实训中的应用进行具体分析。
Under the current social and economic background of China’s economy and industry, the development of electronic information technology has been advancing by leaps and bounds. In order to better adapt to the current social development, education of secondary vocational education must continue to be perfected and developed with the guarantee of quality. However, the fundamental factor that affects the teaching quality of electronic specialty lies in the training of electronic skills. Only through effective practical training can the professional ability of students be guaranteed and better input into the future work. However, as far as the current situation is concerned, there is no practical training mode in practical training that can promote the effective implementation of electronic skills training in secondary vocational schools, so there is no effective guarantee for the quality of practical electronic skills training in secondary vocational schools. The application of “teacher guru system” in electronic skills training can effectively improve this situation and make a concrete analysis of the application of this teaching mode in vocational electronic skills training.
