尽管在飞机设计中采用了余度技术、损伤容限及耐久性设计,减轻了故障后果的影响,但在实际使用中,由于设计、制造、使用、维修及人为因素等原因而引起故障,导致飞机事故仍时有发生。据统计:在4000次一般故障或缺陷中,就隐藏着25次重大故障,而这25次重大故障就有一次可能造成重大飞行事故!因此尽快排除或尽力减少飞行中的故障,才能确保航班安全与正常。本文通过归纳和总结故障处理方法,来共同探讨如何进一步提高排故效率,减少发生在飞行中的故障,确保航班安全与正常。
