急倾斜特厚煤层综放面超前预裂爆破顶煤弱化技术

针对神华新疆能源有限责任公司碱沟煤矿急倾斜特厚煤层综放工作面顶煤弱化的问题,运用理论分析和现场实测相结合的方法,分析了超前预裂爆破技术的基本原理,介绍了+564mB3+6工作面设备和采煤工艺。根据现场+564mB3+6工作面的实际情况,提出了采用超前预裂爆破顶煤弱化技术,确定了超前预裂爆破的技术参数。现场试验结果表明,采用超前预裂爆破顶煤弱化技术效果显著,顶煤变形明显,裂隙发育广泛,达到降低顶煤力学强度和断裂韧性的效果,大大提高顶煤的放出率,从而有利于急倾斜特厚煤层综放面的安全高效回采。 Aiming at the weakening of top coal in fully mechanized top coal caving face in the steep-inclined special thick seam of Shenhua Xinjiang Energy Co., Ltd., the basic principle of advanced presplitting blasting technology is analyzed with the combination of theoretical analysis and field measurement. 564mB3 + 6 face equipment and coal mining technology.
