妊娠期恶性肿瘤发生率约1∶1000,妊娠合并直肠癌更罕见。至1974年文献报导,119例孕妇患直肠癌。孕期及时诊断患恶性肿瘤十分困难。 1973～1983年,(?)和(?)地区肿瘤防治所曾登记14例妊娠合并直肠癌病人。年龄23～33岁。肿瘤位于乙状结肠、直肠部位有5例。直肠上壶腹部3例,中壶腹部5例,下壶腹部1例。病理检查:11例腺癌,2例粘液癌,1例硬癌。Ⅱ期1例,Ⅲ期8例,Ⅳ期5例。10例妇女孕期检查时发现直肠癌,4例在准备作直
The incidence of malignant tumors in pregnancy is about 1: 1000, more common in pregnancy with rectal cancer. To 1974 literature reported that 119 cases of pregnant women suffering from rectal cancer. Pregnancy diagnosis of malignant tumors in time is very difficult. From 1973 to 1983, 14 pregnant women with colorectal cancer were enrolled in the Cancer Prevention and Control Institute at (?) And (?) Regions. Age 23 ~ 33 years old. The tumor is located in the sigmoid colon with 5 cases in the rectum. 3 cases of rectum ampulla, 5 cases of ampulla, 1 case of ampulla.
