介绍了螺旋钻杆六方接头的加工工艺,并应用ABAQUS软件对接头的受扭特性进行分析,结果表明:最大Mises等效应力多发生在几何突变处,并且此值小于屈服极限。母接头Mises等效应力大小是公接头的2.34倍,在反复受扭状态下母接头容易先发生破坏,所以在材料上应优先对母接头进行强化。传递扭矩时,公、母接头只有一部分区域发生接触并传递扭矩,其余部分没有发生直接接触不是主要受载区域。通过扭矩实验验证了仿真结果的正确性,六方接头可以传递较大的扭矩而不发生破坏,扭矩超出10000 N·m时从焊缝处发生断裂。
The processing technology of hexagonal joint of spiral drill rod is introduced. The torsional characteristics of joint are analyzed by ABAQUS software. The results show that the maximum Mises equivalent stress occurs at geometric mutation and is less than the yield limit. Female connector Mises equivalent stress size is 2.34 times the male connector, in the repeated twisting state of the female connector prone to damage, so the material should give priority to strengthen the female connector. When torque is transmitted, only a part of the male and female joints contact and transmit torque, and the rest do not directly contact with each other, which is not the main load area. The simulation results are validated by the torque test. The hexagonal joint can transmit large torque without breaking, and fracture occurs from the weld when the torque exceeds 10000 N · m.
