利用石油气液管路两相流理论,结合目前国内外较新的两相流理论和试验研究成果,在描述气液两相管流的流型判断和压降计算的数学物理模型的基础上,研制出了适用于原油/伴生气、凝析气/凝液在管道中的混输,以及垂直井筒环空两相流压降及井底流压的计算软件。对该软件的结构、功能、适用范围做了介绍,用该软件对某实际管线和井筒的压降进行了计算,并与实测数据进行了对比。实际应用表明,该软件的功能完善、操作方便、计算结果可靠,能满足气液混输管线的设计计算和生产管理的需要。
Based on the theory of two-phase flow in LPG pipeline and the newer two-phase flow theory and experimental results both at home and abroad, based on the mathematical and physical model for describing flow pattern and pressure drop calculation of gas-liquid two-phase flow , Developed a calculation software suitable for the crude oil / associated gas, condensate / condensate mixed in the pipeline, as well as the vertical well annulus two-phase flow pressure drop and bottom hole flow pressure calculation software. The structure, function and scope of this software are introduced. The pressure drop of an actual pipeline and wellbore is calculated by the software and compared with the measured data. The practical application shows that the software has perfect functions, convenient operation and reliable calculation results, and can meet the design, calculation and production management needs of the gas-liquid mixed pipeline.
