粉碎“四人帮”的文化专制主义之后,四川省戏剧表演团体迅速得到恢复和发展,演出相当活跃。这对于满足人民文化生活的需要,促进四化建设起了积极的作用。但是,随着文艺事业的发展,那种对剧团统得过死,管得过多,剧团布局不合理,人员“又多又缺”和“吃大锅饭”、平均主义等等问题都暴露出来了。剧团的经济压力很大,演员疲于奔命,不利于艺术创作和演出质量的提高,不利于人才的成长,不利于贯彻文艺为人民服务、为社会主义服务的方向。看来文艺体制的改革势在必行。怎么办呢?从我省经济体制的改革中,我们获得了有益的启示,在文艺体制改革上
