一分钱官司——世界上标的最小的维权诉讼案广西柳州市广播电台女记者熊倩为揭露灵声信息台以不健康内容诱导青少年打热线电话赚取利润的黑幕而被非礼、“软禁”、下岗。为讨回公道与尊严,熊倩一纸诉状将灵声信息台主管部门的马局长告到法院,要求马局长公开道歉并赔偿精神损失费一分钱。这起一分钱的官司恐怕可以称得上是中国乃至世界标的最小的一起维权诉讼案。但一审败诉,二审法院裁定发回重审,还是败诉。从2000年2月2日,熊倩将《起诉状》递交到法院,至2003年1月19日, 法院已四次开庭审理“一分钱官司”。这起官司一波三折,至今还没有了结,应该可以称得上是世界上标的最小、时间最长的案件。
