目的:研究团队管理模式在急诊护理管理中的效果和可行性分析。方法:将140位急诊患者分为观察组和对照组,各70例。分别使用传统的护理模式和团队管理模式。比较两组患者服务态度满意度、治疗效果满意度以及护理人员整体素质的提升几个方面的指标。结果:治疗后观察组护理质量满意率、护理技术满意率、护士整体素质满意率分别为98.6%、97.1%、97.1%,显著高于对照组的75.7%、65.7%、64.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组出现不良反应率为4.3%,明显优于对照组的27.7%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:团队管理模式是一种人性化的管理模式,有助于医院在统一的规章制度下齐心协力朝着既定目标前进。
Objective: To study the effect and feasibility of team management mode in emergency nursing management. Methods: 140 emergency patients were divided into observation group and control group, 70 cases each. Use traditional care model and team management model respectively. Comparison of two groups of patients attitude satisfaction, the satisfaction of the treatment effect and improve the overall quality of caregivers several indicators. Results: After treatment, satisfaction rate of nursing quality, satisfaction rate of nursing technology and overall quality of nurses were 98.6%, 97.1% and 97.1% respectively, which were significantly higher than that of control group (75.7%, 65.7% and 64.3%, respectively) (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.3%, which was significantly better than that in the control group (27.7%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The team management mode is a humanized management mode, which helps the hospital work together toward a given goal under the unified rules and regulations.
