根据软锰矿、铅精矿氧化还原上的互补性进行同槽浸出实验,讨论了反应温度、浸出时间、硫酸浓度、固液比、矿粒大小对浸出影响因素,本论文重点讨论了浸出体系硫酸铅的分离及对其分离影响因素。通过多次实验及分析得出了硫酸体系中两矿同时浸出的实验条件,为进一步研究软锰矿、铅精矿两矿浸出工艺打下了实验基础。
