目的探索《死亡医学证明书》全流程信息化管理,借此提高工作效率、提升管理水平。方法依托医院信息系统,开发《死亡医学证明书》信息化模块,设计报告、打印、领取流程,明确各部门职责。结果成功实现《死亡医学证明书》开具、打印、质量控制的全流程信息化,制定了医务处、信息处、病案科、临床医生工作职责。通过信息化管理,节省了医生的填写时间,杜绝了死因监测信息的迟报与漏报,保证了《证明书》信息的完整性和准确性,更有利于死因链的规范填写。结论《死亡医学证明书》全流程信息化有助于提高医生工作效率、提升医院管理水平,值得推广。
Objective To explore the whole process of “medical certificate of death” information management, in order to improve work efficiency and improve management level. Methods Relying on the hospital information system, we developed the information module of “Death Medical Certificate”, designed the report, printed and received the process and clarified the responsibility of each department. Results The successful implementation of the “medical certificate of death” issued, print, quality control of the whole process of information technology, the development of the medical office, information office, medical records, clinicians job responsibilities. Through the information management, doctors save time to fill in, to eliminate the cause of death monitoring information reported late and omission, to ensure that the “certificate” of the integrity and accuracy of information, but also more conducive to the cause of death chain specification fill. Conclusion The whole process of “medical certificate of death” informatization helps to improve the working efficiency of doctors, enhance the management level of the hospital and is worth to be popularized.
