简述了高频焊接原理,并且详细地介绍了新焊接磁棒的研制技术。饱和磁化强度M_s是各向异性常数K_1和磁致伸缩系数λ_s的函数。一般来说,K_1和λ_s随着温度而变化。通过改变K_1和λ_s随温度变化的规律,可令M_s随温度变化曲线得到改善,因而可使得新焊接磁棒高温特性非常好。通过磁导率μ与磁场H关系的分析,指出达到最佳效果的高频焊接的操作原则。
The principle of high frequency welding is briefly introduced, and the developing technology of new welding bar is introduced in detail. The saturation magnetization M_s is a function of the anisotropy constant K_1 and the magnetostriction coefficient λ_s. In general, K_1 and λ_s vary with temperature. By changing the law of K_1 and λ_s with temperature, M_s can be improved with the temperature curve, which can make the new welding rod high temperature characteristics is very good. Through the analysis of the relationship between the magnetic permeability μ and the magnetic field H, the operating principle of high frequency welding to achieve the best effect is pointed out.
