滑移装载机的行走系统和工作装置一般采用液压驱动,主控制阀集成了先导溢流阀、补油溢流阀、压力补偿阀、梭阀和节流孔等元件。介绍某型滑移式装载机工作装置液压系统的工作原理,指出该系统在工作中动臂和铲斗存在的故障现象,分析可能产生故障的原因并给出解决措施:在压力补偿阀外控油路上增加节流孔,在反馈通道上产生延时,从而改变反馈信号的相位。结果表明:在滑移装载机上实施改进方案后,动臂和铲斗在各种工况下的振动现象已经消除,测试液压系统的压力和流量,波形平稳,无振动。
The skid steer loader’s traveling system and working equipment are generally driven hydraulically. The main control valve integrates the pilot relief valve, the charge relief valve, the pressure compensation valve, the shuttle valve and the orifice. This paper introduces the working principle of the hydraulic system of a working device of a skid steer loader, points out the fault phenomenon of the boom and bucket in the system, analyzes the possible cause of the fault and gives the solution to the problem: Increase the throttle on the road, in the feedback channel delay, thus changing the phase of the feedback signal. The results show that the vibration of booms and buckets under various working conditions has been eliminated after the improvement program is implemented on the skid steer loaders. The pressure and flow of the hydraulic system are tested and the waveform is steady and vibration-free.
