一、概述大麦(包括皮大麦及裸大麦)在我区种植年代已久,全区大部分县市均有分布。过去我区农民多以大麦为主要饲料,而且由于它特早熟,可利用脱粒场地、房前屋后零星小片土地或盐碱薄地种植,便于安排农活及调剂口粮,因此一直在粮食作物中占有一定比例。近年来又利用小青稞特早熟的特性,为推广麦稻两熟创造了条件。 I. Overview Barley (including bark barley and naked barley) has been cultivated in our region for a long time and has been distributed in most counties and cities in the region. In the past, most peasants in our area used barley as their main feed, and because of its precocity, they can take advantage of threshing facilities, sprinkling small plots of land or salinization plants in front of their houses to facilitate farm work and adjusting rations, thus occupying a certain place in food crops proportion. In recent years, they also use the characteristics of Little Green Jujube premature, to promote the two conditions to create wheat and rice.
