将一种新材料———金属橡胶材料应用于制备节流元件,其较高的承载能力、抗堵塞能力及节流孔隙随压力连续可调性能是其它多孔材料所无法比拟的。对金属橡胶多孔材料的基本性能进行了实验研究,测量了具有不同丝径、不同结构尺寸的金属橡胶多孔材料的最大孔隙直径和平均孔隙直径。得出了最大孔隙直径、平均孔隙直径与孔隙度、金属丝直径和液压直径之间的关系。
The application of a new material --- metal rubber material in the preparation of throttling element, its high carrying capacity, anti-clogging ability and continuous adjustment of orifice with pressure are unmatched by other porous materials. The basic properties of metal rubber porous materials were studied experimentally, and the maximum pore diameter and average pore diameter of metal rubber porous materials with different wire diameters and different structural sizes were measured. The relationship between maximum pore diameter, average pore diameter and porosity, wire diameter and hydraulic diameter was obtained.
