目的探讨高尿酸血症与2型糖尿病肾病(T2DM)的关系。方法将100例T2DM患者分为DN组(55例)与DN-HUA组(45例)。另择50例健康人作为正常对照(NC)组。同时检测三组的尿微量白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1 c)、肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)、血尿酸(UA),进行相关的统计学分析。结果三组HbA1 c、Cr、BUN、UAER、UA值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。DN组和DN-HUA组的Cr、BUN、UAER、UA和HbA1 c值分别高于NC组(P<0.01),DN-HUA组的Cr、BUN、UAER、UA值均高于DN组(P<0.01),DN-HUA组和DN组的HbA1 c水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高尿酸血症是糖尿病肾病的一个重要危险因素。
Objective To investigate the relationship between hyperuricemia and type 2 diabetic nephropathy (T2DM). Methods 100 T2DM patients were divided into DN group (55 cases) and DN-HUA group (45 cases). Another 50 healthy people as normal control (NC) group. The urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER), HbA1c, creatinine (Cr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and serum uric acid (UA) in the three groups were measured simultaneously for statistical analysis. Results There were significant differences in HbA1c, Cr, BUN, UAER and UA between the three groups (P <0.01). The values of Cr, BUN, UAER, UA and HbA1c in DN group and DN-HUA group were higher than those in NC group (P <0.01), while the values of Cr, BUN, UAER and UA in DN-HUA group were higher than those in DN group <0.01). There was no significant difference in HbA1c levels between DN-HUA group and DN group (P> 0.05). Conclusion Hyperuricemia is an important risk factor of diabetic nephropathy.
