本文从国内现况出发,着力通过研究甲基丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸乙酯接枝改性SBS与聚氯乙烯(PVC)的相容性,以不同比例共混压片后制样,测试样品的拉伸强度、冲击强度、断裂强度、断裂伸长率、弹性模量等力学性能,从而找到接枝改性SBS的影响因素,适合溶解SBS的溶剂,最佳共混比例和最佳增韧效果。实验发现:试验制得改性SBS接枝率不高,SBS与PVC的相容性整体都不太好,应适当加入增容剂。实验结果中以甲苯为溶剂的接枝改性线型SBSYH-168:PVC=1:5混炼时,样品的综合韧性最好。
In this paper, starting from the current situation in our country, efforts to study the compatibility of graft modified SBS and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) by methyl methacrylate and ethyl acrylate, blending in different proportions, Tensile strength, impact strength, breaking strength, elongation at break, elastic modulus and other mechanical properties, to find out the factors that affect the graft modified SBS, suitable for dissolving SBS solvent, the best blend ratio and the best toughening effect . The experimental results showed that the grafting yield of modified SBS was not high and the compatibility between SBS and PVC was not very good as a whole. The compatibilizer should be added properly. The experimental results in toluene as solvent graft linear SBSYH-168: PVC = 1: 5 mixing, the best overall toughness of the sample.
