对研制的新型铜合金模具材料 (Cu 14Al X)的热处理工艺进行了试验研究 ,分析讨论了固溶时效处理对铜合金模具材料组织和硬度的影响。结果表明 ,通过固溶时效处理可以显著改善铜合金模具材料的金相组织和硬度 ,其中时效时间对铜合金模具材料硬度的影响较大。在 6 0 0℃时效处理时 ,随时效时间从 2h增加到 5h ,硬度明显提高 ,5h后达到最高值 4 8 2HRC。硬化的原因是时效过程中γ2 相和κ相的弥散析出
The heat treatment process of the new copper alloy mold material (Cu 14Al X) was studied. The effects of solution aging treatment on the microstructure and hardness of the copper alloy mold material were analyzed and discussed. The results show that the microstructure and hardness of the copper alloy mold material can be significantly improved by solution treatment and aging treatment. The aging time has a significant effect on the hardness of the copper alloy mold material. When the aging treatment at 600 ℃, with the aging time increased from 2h to 5h, the hardness increased obviously, reaching the highest value of 48HRC after 5h. The reason for the hardening is that the γ2 phase and the κ phase are precipitated during aging
